Lifetime Return Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from store.
After receiving your order, it will take approximately 2-3 days to prepare the goods for shipment, and the transportation and delivery time will be approximately 15-30 days.
if you want to cancel the order, Please notify us by email within 3 days. Before the goods are sent, we can refund you directly. If the goods have been sent, you need to wait for the goods to be returned before we can refund you.
If you receive the goods and are not satisfied with the goods, you can send the goods back. After we receive the goods, if the goods have not been used and are not damaged, we can refund you.
We process most returns within 1-3 days of their receipt back to our warehouse. Once your refund has been processed it can take your bank up to 10-20 working days to post the credit to your account.
If the size does not fit well and you would like to exchange it , we will not charge you the reshipping fee. You need to afford the shipping fee back to us.
Please send back the original pair with a copy of your receipt and a note asking for an exchange.
No refunds will be given for WORN merchandise.
